SBHS '67 July 20, 2019 Get Together Announcement!

Hi All,

We hope you are all having an enjoyable summer.  As promised, here are the details for the July Get Together:

Date: Saturday July 20, 2019. 

Time:  6:15pm*.

Place: Sandbar Cafe, Ocean Beach Park, New London, CT 06320

(The Sandbar Cafe is the upper deck of what we used to call 'The Gam", overlooking the Boardwalk. See attached photos.)

What:  Food and drink available for purchase. See attached menu. Sun, sand, surf and socializing. Indoor and outdoor seating.  Take a stroll on the Boardwalk!   At 8pm, the New London Big Band will be performing on the Boardwalk, for your listening and dancing pleasure.  They may attract a crowd. 

Rain or shine. Dress:  as casual as you wish.

RSVP (only if planning to attend), so we can make sure to reserve enough space for us to gather. 

*N.B. Admission to Ocean Beach is $10 per carload (up to 5 guests) after 6pm.  (Weekend BEFORE 6pm is $23 per carload). Plan to arrive after 6pm for the reduced fee. 

As we have stated previously, we are looking to do these as informal meetups, with a variety of dates and venues.  We know that everyone can't make all of them, but we are hopeful that many of you will make at least one of them!
